The process of writing a sound research study is much more complex than just writing out an idea that you are experimenting. Many research studies begin with a proposal where boards or universities are approving the process, which means that as a professional and technical writer we must be sound in the way that we prepare for a research study. That means writing out unique and applicable research questions. That means clearly identifying the methods and samples pertaining to your research questions. By the time you begin experimenting and researching, the only thing left should be the data you gather from the research. Nothing should come as a surprise to you after having come up with a sound research proposal. Thank you for taking the time to read through my posts this semester.
